West Vancouver Mooncake Festival

I am incredibly happy that over 150 people attended this event, allowing me to make my foodie dreams come true and share it with people across so many cultures.

As arduous as the journey was, I’m so glad we did it. I can’t thank my volunteers enough through this whole process. We were able to make so many immigrants feel at home and create a community for anyone who just loves to craft and eat.

I enjoyed developing the recipes, even through more technical processes that included working with dietary preferences and restrictions and allergen information. I hope for this tradition to continue in West Vancouver, for everyone to experience the delicious side of this Chinese Festival!
